I recently had the pleasure of photographing Madi Donahue, a senior at Clemens High School who is full of ambition, individuality, and a spark that shines through in every image. Her senior photo shoot was the perfect mix of style, personality, and confidence - all captured here in my San Antonio, TX studio and surrounding locations.
Madi has big dreams and an even bigger heart. She’s planning to attend the University of Maine to pursue a degree in nursing - a career path that couldn’t suit her more. Her kind, calm, and grounded energy is something I noticed right away. During our shoot, I got to learn more about her passion for helping others and her love for working with kids. In addition to her studies, she’s currently teaching swim lessons and involved in ROTC, which has her thinking about the possibility of traveling the world after graduation.
Her senior photo session was relaxed and fun, just like her personal style. Madi lives in her favorite Converse sneakers and cozy sweaters, and we made sure her outfit choices reflected that casual, comfy vibe. It’s always important to me that each senior’s personality comes through in their session - and Madi made that easy.
Capturing these milestone moments is about more than just photos - it’s about documenting who they are right now, before the next chapter begins. I’m so excited to see where life takes her and feel honored to have been a small part of her story.
